crispy cheese pizza
- 3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp corn oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp cornmeal
- 2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cup shredded cheese
- add yeast, salt, oil, warm water and 2 cup flour in mixer bowl turn on and mix about 3 minutes.
- you use hook to mixer.
- add remaining flour and mix until dough cleans sides of bowl.
- cover dough with plastic wrap and a towel let rest about 30 minutes ,or until doubled in bulk.
- punch dough down.
- brush 14 inch pizza pan with oil sprinkle with cornmeal.
- press dough across bottom of pan.
- forming a collar around edge to hold toppings.
- add pizza sauce and shredded cheese desired.
- bake at 450F for 20 to 25 minutes.
