Passover Brownies

  1. Spread brownie mixture into prepared pan.
  2. Bake 25-32 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan.
  3. Do not overbake.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  6. *Substitute powdered sugar for Passover.
  7. To make, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon potato starch in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade.
  8. Process about 2 minutes or until mixture is powdery.
  9. Allow sugar to settle before removing cover.
