Passover Brownies
- 1 1/4 cups matzo meal
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter
- 2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 (1-ounce) square semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 Land O Lakes Eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar*
- Spread brownie mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake 25-32 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan.
- Do not overbake.
- Cool completely.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- *Substitute powdered sugar for Passover.
- To make, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon potato starch in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade.
- Process about 2 minutes or until mixture is powdery.
- Allow sugar to settle before removing cover.
