Chicken Breast With Crab Stuffing
- 8 boneless breast halves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 c. Rice Krispies cereal, crushed
- garlic powder
- Sprinkle inside of chicken breast with salt and flatten by pounding.
- Top with filling made of egg, stuffing, soup, crabmeat, green pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
- Roll up chicken around stuffing.
- Dip in melted butter and then cereal crumbs.
- Place seam side down in an ungreased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
