Chicken Breast With Crab Stuffing

  1. Sprinkle inside of chicken breast with salt and flatten by pounding.
  2. Top with filling made of egg, stuffing, soup, crabmeat, green pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
  3. Roll up chicken around stuffing.
  4. Dip in melted butter and then cereal crumbs.
  5. Place seam side down in an ungreased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
