Good for Diets! Tofu Soboro

  1. Microwave the tofu for 3-4 minutes and place a weight on top of it to drain it.
  2. Mix the seasoning ingredient together beforehand.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and place the tofu in, while breaking it up by hand.
  4. Fry it well until it breaks into tiny pieces.
  5. Add seasoning sauce, and mix it well until the sauce is completely mixed!
