Good for Diets! Tofu Soboro
- 1 packet Firm tofu
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tsp Granulated dashi soup stock
- 1 thumbtip's worth Grated ginger
- Microwave the tofu for 3-4 minutes and place a weight on top of it to drain it.
- Mix the seasoning ingredient together beforehand.
- Heat oil in a pan and place the tofu in, while breaking it up by hand.
- Fry it well until it breaks into tiny pieces.
- Add seasoning sauce, and mix it well until the sauce is completely mixed!
