Sauteed Apples Recipe

• 2 lbs. cooking apples
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. sweet wine
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 2 tbsp. butter

1. Remove cores from apples.
2. Two pounds to fill skillet.
3. Combine in skillet with brown sugar and wine.
4. Cover and cook till apples are soft.
5. Take off cover and cook till mix is thick.
