Crunchy & Quick Coleslaw
- 1 head cabbage, shredded or 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 12 cup sliced green onion
- 12 medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 14 cup slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
- 14 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 34 cup Italian dressing
- Toss cabbage, onions, red peppers, almonds and black pepper in a large bowl,.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
