Bacon Water Chestnuts

• 1 pkg. (2.52 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, cut crosswise in half
• 24 canned whole water chestnuts, drained
• 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup HEINZ Chili Sauce

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Wrap bacon around water chestnuts; secure with wooden toothpicks.
3. Place in shallow baking dish.
4. Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over water chestnuts.
5. Bake 30 min.
6. or until heated through.
7. Discard toothpicks before serving.
