Quick and Spicy Fish Fillets
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)
- 6 (4 oz. each) fine-textured fish fillets (such as flounder, sole or cod)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Mix cheese, crumbs and pepper.
- Dip fish in egg; coat with cheese mixture.
- Place in greased shallow baking dish.
- Bake in preheated 450F oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Variation: Prepare as directed, substituting boneless skinless chicken breast halves for fish.
- Decrease oven temperature to 400F.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
