Quick and Spicy Fish Fillets

  1. Mix cheese, crumbs and pepper.
  2. Dip fish in egg; coat with cheese mixture.
  3. Place in greased shallow baking dish.
  4. Bake in preheated 450F oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Variation: Prepare as directed, substituting boneless skinless chicken breast halves for fish.
  6. Decrease oven temperature to 400F.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
