Substitution for Bittersweet Chocolate

• 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
• 1 12 teaspoons sugar
• 1 12 teaspoons butter, margarine or 1 12 teaspoons cooking oil

1. If you use butter soften or melt first.
2. Mix ingredients together and add to recipe.
