CERTO Red Wine Jelly

  1. MEASURE sugar and wine into large saucepan.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved - about 4 to 7 minutes.
  3. Do not boil.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. STIR in at once fruit pectin and mix well.
  6. Skim off foam, if necessary.
  7. POUR quickly into warm sterilized glasses.
  8. Cover at once with new or sterilized two-piece lids filling up to 1/4 inch (0.5 mL) from rim.
