Beef Teriyaki With Broccoli Recipe

  1. CUT BELL PEPPER INTO THIN STRIPS.
  2. TRIM FAT FROM ROUND STEAK.
  3. CUT BEEF INTO 2" X 1/8" STRIPS, ACROSS THE GRAIN.
  4. MIX TERIYAKI SAUCE, LEMON JUICE, CORNSTARCH AND GINGERROOT IN A SQUARE MICROWAVE DISH, 8 X 8 X 2 INCHES.
  5. STIR IN BEEF.
  6. COVER AND Chill FOR AT LEAST 20 Min.
  7. DRAIN BEEF, RESERVING MARINADE.
  8. STIR BROCCOLI, ONION, AND GARLIC INTO BEEF.
  9. COVER DISH AND MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 6 TO 8 Min.
  10. STIR AFTER 4 Min.
  11. COOK Till BEEF IS NO LONGER PINK.
  12. STIR IN BELL PEPPER AND MARINADE.
  13. COVER AND MICROWAVE 2 TO 3 Min Or possibly Till SAUCE IS SLIGHTLY THICKENED.
  14. SERVE WITH Warm COOKED RICE.
