Spicy Lime Shrimp
- 1 medium jalapeno
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 pinch cilantro
- 1 1/4 dash fresh oregano
- 4 drops of hot sauce
- 1 1/4 dash sea salt
- 1 dash white pepper
- 2 medium romano tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 clove diced garlic
- 12 medium shrimp - uncooked
- Heat sauce pan over medium fire
- Add oil and butter
- Let butter melt and oil heat and bubble
- Add onions, garlic (diced), jalapeno (diced)
- let veggies cook till tender, about 5 minutes
- Add 2 tomatoes cut into small pieces, and lime zest.
- Add Oregano
- Peel and devein shrimp
- Add shrimp and cook until opague
- Turn off heat
- Chop cilantro finely, and sprinkle over food as garnish
- Add salt and pepper with hot sauce to taste.
- Serve over rice or cabbage if HCG rating plan.
- Serve hot.
