spicy rice balls

  1. in a medium bowl soak the 2 cups of rice for two hours
  2. in a bowl mix all the remaining ingredients together and set in refrigerator and cover allow to chill make 32 small balls out of pork mixture
  3. roll the balls in the rice and stem till pork is done about 10 minutes serve immediately.

sticky rice, ground pork, egg, soy sauce, sugar, green onion, ginger, bird pepper
