No-Sugar Cookies

  1. In a large bowl, stir together flour, walnuts, raisins, orange juice, butter, baking powder, orange peel, salt, cinnamon, and beaten egg until well blended.
  2. Drop dough by teaspoon about 2 inches apart on a well greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Remember all ovens are different.
  5. I usually check mine 3 minutes early.
  6. With a spatula, remove cookies to wire racks to cool.
  7. Store in a tight container.
  8. May freeze until needed.
