Nutty White Chocolate Cheesecake Bars
- 1 pkg. (11.1 oz.) JELL-O No Bake Real Cheesecake Dessert
- 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 2 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted, divided
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
- Mix Crust Mix, butter and sugar until blended.
- Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Beat milk and Filling Mix in large bowl with mixer on low speed 30 sec.
- Beat on medium speed 3 min.
- (Filling will be thick.)
- Spoon half over crust.
- Add almond extract and half the chocolate to remaining filling; mix well.
- Spread over layer in pan.
- Sprinkle with nuts; drizzle with remaining chocolate.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
