Sausage Stroganoff
- 16 oz pasta
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1/4 Bell pepper diced
- 1/3 onion, diced
- 2 1/2 beef broth
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms diced
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Brown hamburger, onion, bell pepper.
- Add 2 cups of broth and mushrooms to meat mixture.
- Add flour to 1/2 cup broth.
- Mix well.
- Add to meat mixture.
- Mix well.
- Add milk stir well.
- Add sour cream.
- Stir well.
- Mix sauce with cooked noodles.
- Season to taste.
- Serve.
