Salad Dressing Chicken Recipe
- 2 - 4 boneless, skinless breast of chicken
- 1/2 - 1 (8 ounce.) bottle Italian salad dressing (shake)
- 2 - 4 med. potatoes, quartered, parboiled for 6 - 8 min then added to chicken
- 1 - 2 sweet Italian sausages cut into pcs (boil fat off first; use if you like)
- If whole breast, cut in half per serving.
- Use 8 x 10 inch or possibly 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Place chicken on bottom, all else on top and pour dressing over all.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 hour 15 min, depending on size of chicken pcs.
- Serve with salad with oil and vinegar dressing.
