Super Tasty 10-Min Egg-White, Shrimp, & Tater Tots Omelette

  1. 2-in-1 Step: Defrost the shrimp in a bowl of cold water while the tater tots are cooking with olive oil.
  2. Scramble the egg-whites and pour it over the tater tots.
  3. As it browns around the sides of the small skillet, add the shredded cheese all over.
  4. Remove the tails from the defrosted shrimp and cut into small pieces.
  5. Add to the scramble.
  6. Fold the eggwhites over and turn the heat off.
  7. All the moisture will be locked in and ready to be enjoyed.
