Super Tasty 10-Min Egg-White, Shrimp, & Tater Tots Omelette
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 10 Med/Lg Shrimp (previously frozen)
- 15 piece Tater Tots
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 2-in-1 Step: Defrost the shrimp in a bowl of cold water while the tater tots are cooking with olive oil.
- Scramble the egg-whites and pour it over the tater tots.
- As it browns around the sides of the small skillet, add the shredded cheese all over.
- Remove the tails from the defrosted shrimp and cut into small pieces.
- Add to the scramble.
- Fold the eggwhites over and turn the heat off.
- All the moisture will be locked in and ready to be enjoyed.
