Hash Brown Casserole
- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 ounces shredded cheese, your favorite flavor
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- brown ground beef with salt and pepper and drain off excess fat.
- return ground beef to pan and add frozen hashbrowns.
- cook until they are done.
- add cheese turn off heat and stir until cheese is melted.
- serve and eat.
