Orange Chicken

  1. Heat dressing and butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook until golden brown on all sides, turning occasionally.
  3. Add orange juice, chicken stock and orange slices; bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  5. Simmer 40 min.
  6. or until chicken is cooked through (180F).
  7. Remove chicken from skillet, reserving juices in skillet.
  8. Place chicken on serving plate; cover to keep warm.
  9. Beat egg and sour cream in small bowl until well blended.
  10. Remove 1 Tbsp.
  11. of the pan juices from skillet; stir into sour cream mixture.
  12. Return to skillet; mix well.
  13. Cook on low heat 1 to 2 min.
  14. or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
  15. Spoon over chicken.
