Power Salad
- 2 qt. farro, cooked, cooled
- 1 qt. red quinoa, cooked, cooled
- 1 qt. kale, trimmed, torn into small pieces and sauteed
- 1 qt. canned kidney beans, rinsed
- 2 cups pomegranate seeds
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 2 cups blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 1 cup sunflower kernels
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 4-1/2 cups Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- Combine all ingredients except dressing.
- For each serving: Serve 1 cup (250 mL) salad with 3 Tbsp.
- (45 mL) dressing on the side.
