Oriental Skillet Supper

  1. In heavy skillet, quickly cook green pepper and celery in oil until crisp-tender.
  2. Remove; set aside.
  3. Add meat to skillet; cook.
  4. Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
  5. Add to skillet.
  6. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add celery, pepper and tomato.
  7. Heat through.
  8. Toss rice with ginger.
  9. Serve over ginger rice.
  10. Makes 2 servings.
