Italian Blue Cheese Steak Sandwiches
- 8 slices Beef Cube Steaks
- 1- 1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Package Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cups Hellman's Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 8 slices Soft, Crusty Italian Bread
- 10 slices Thinly Sliced Tomato
- 10 slices Thinly Sliced Sweet Onion
- Pan-fry steaks as desired; keep warm.
- Blend cheeses, mayo and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and set aside.
- Place Italian bread on a broiler pan; top each with a steak.
- Spread 1 or 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture over each steak; top with desired amount of tomato and onion and broil until bubbling.
- Serve with onion or zucchini strings.
