Italian Blue Cheese Steak Sandwiches

  1. Pan-fry steaks as desired; keep warm.
  2. Blend cheeses, mayo and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Place Italian bread on a broiler pan; top each with a steak.
  4. Spread 1 or 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture over each steak; top with desired amount of tomato and onion and broil until bubbling.
  5. Serve with onion or zucchini strings.
