Best Ever Southern Pecan Pie Recipe
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. shelled pecan halves
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
- Combine sugar, syrup, and melted butter.
- Add in beaten Large eggs and pecans to syrup mix.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour filling in pie shell.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, then at 300 degrees for 35 min.
- Yields one 9 inch pie.
