Barley Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

  1. In a 6 qt kettle combine water and meat.
  2. Simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Add in next six ingredients and simmer for 45 min.
  4. Add in rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 min.
  5. Remove bay leaves and serve.
  6. Yield 10 servings.
  7. Very hearty a meal in itself.
