Orange Marmalade-Glazed Chicken with Almonds

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the marmalade, soy sauce, honey, black pepper and minced ginger, and mix well.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a shallow baking or casserole dish, skin side up.
  4. Coat each with the marmalade mixture and top with sliced almonds.
  5. Bake uncovered, occasionally basting the chicken, at 375F for approximately 25-28 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 180F.
