Balsamic Strawberry Cocktail

• 2 strawberries
• 3/4 oz. simple syrup
• 2 oz. Belvedere vodka
• 1/4 oz. balsamic vinegar (best if aged)

1. Slice one strawberry and keep one slice for the garnish.
2. Drop the rest in a cocktail shaker.
3. Add the other strawberry to the shaker along with simple syrup and balsamic vinegar and muddle.
4. Add vodka.
5. Top with ice and shake vigorously.
6. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
7. Garnish with strawberry slice.
