Frozen Cranberry, Cherry and Orange Cocktail

• 1 cup cracked ice
• 1 pony (1 ounce) cranberry liqueur
• 1 pony (1 ounce) Cherry Heering
• 1 pony (1 ounce) Grand Marnier
• 1 tablespoon superfine granulated sugar, or to taste
• Garnish: twist of orange

1. In a blender, blend cracked ice, cranberry liqueur, Cherry Heering, Grand Marnier and, if desired, sugar for 30 seconds.
2. Pour into a chilled 12-ounce glass.
3. Garnish with the twist of orange.
