Baked Omelet Roll

  1. Place eggs and milk in a blender.
  2. Add flour, salt and pepper and process until smooth.
  3. Pour into a well greased 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until eggs are set.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Roll up omelet in pan, starting with short side.
  7. Place with seam side down on a platter and cut into slices.
