Quick Brown Rice and Mushroom Pilaf

  1. HEAT oil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions and celery; cook 3 minute or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. ADD mushrooms; cook 3 minute or until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add broth; stir.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. STIR in rice; cover.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minute Remove from heat; let stand 5 minute Add walnuts and parsley; mix lightly.
