Borderline Kaos's Apple Bread
- 1 12 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pinch clove
- 12 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 12 cups peeled cored, chopped apples
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 12 cup white sugar
- 12 cup brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 300°F Grease 5x9 glass pan.
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves in a large bowl.
- Add walnuts and apples.
- Mix well.
- Whisk eggs, vanilla, vegetable oil, and both sugars in a small bowl.
- Add the small bowl to the flour mixture.
- Mix until just moistened.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean, approx 60-70 minutes.
- Cool in the pan 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
