Mom's Salmon Salad
- 1 pkg. chopped lettuce
- 2 cups tomatoes
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 cup cucumbers
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- apple cider
- 1 lb. salmon
- 1/4 tbsp. oregano
- 1/4 tbsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
- Clean salmon.
- Top with oregano, salt, garlic, onions and pepper.
- Put fish on a grill for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, mix lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and cucumbers together.
- Mix oil, salt and vinegar together and combine with salad.
- Top with salmon.
- Enjoy!
