Mom's Salmon Salad

  1. Clean salmon.
  2. Top with oregano, salt, garlic, onions and pepper.
  3. Put fish on a grill for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. In a bowl, mix lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and cucumbers together.
  5. Mix oil, salt and vinegar together and combine with salad.
  6. Top with salmon.
  7. Enjoy!
