Mocktail for T.

• Ice
• 5 ounces chilled club soda
• 2 ounces Tonic Syrup (see Note)
• 2 dashes of lemon bitters (optional)
• 1 lemon twist, for garnish

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add the club soda, Tonic Syrup and bitters; stir well.
3. Garnish with the lemon twist.
