Baked asparagus with peppers

  1. Wash asparagus spears.
  2. Snap off bottom wood like parts or any not green parts.
  3. Wash mini peppers.
  4. Cut of stem part and remove seeds.
  5. Cut into 2 or 3 peices depending on size.
  6. Preheat oven to 500.
  7. Line baking sheet with tin foil.
  8. Place asparagus on foil lined sheet in even 1 layer.
  9. Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice, cumin, and parm cheese.
  10. Place mini pepper pieces on foil lined baking sheet.
  11. Cant have cheese?
  12. Substitute with garlic powder.
  13. Yum!
  14. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
  15. Check half way through.
  16. Cant have cheese?
  17. Substitute with light sprinkle of garlic powder.
  18. Yum!
