VELVEETA Skillet Dinners - Beef

  1. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet; drain.
  2. Add 2 cups water.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in pasta.
  5. Reduce heat to medium; cover skillet with tight-fitting lid.
  6. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender and just a little water remains in the skillet.
  7. Stir in VELVEETA and mushrooms.
  8. Cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Stir in sour cream.
