Potluck Ham Casserole
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 teaspoons Prepared Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Instant Minced Onion
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Rotini, Cooked And Drained
- 2 cups Cooked And Cubed Ham
- 1/2 cups Toasted Almond Slices
- In a saucepan, gradually add milk to soup, stirring over low heat until smooth.
- Blend in sour cream, mustard, onion and pepper.
- Mix noodles, soup mixture and ham together.
- Pour into a greased 8 x 8 casserole dish.
- Top with almonds.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
