Meatballs & Sauerkraut

  1. To make meatballs combine: Mix, form meatballs and brown.
  2. To make sauce combine: Heat all of this together and add meatballs.
  3. Simmer, covered for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Best if made a day or so ahead of serving time.
