You'd Never Know It was Tofu, Chocolate Mousse Pie

  1. Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler.
  2. Once the chips are melted, remove from heat and blend in the tofu until smooth.
  3. Pour into the baked crust and let set in the fridge for 3-4 hours before serving.
  4. Pretty easy, hey?
