Egg Salad Sandwich Spread Recipe

• 3 Large eggs
• 2 sticks celery
• 1 tbsp. pickle relish
• 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp. mild mustard

1. Hard boil the Large eggs.
2. Allow them to cold, then peel and chop them finely.
3. Chop the celery finely.
4. Combine the Large eggs and celery in a mixing bowl.
5. Add in the pickle relish, mayonnaise and mustard and mix well.
