Choc Port Flip

  1. Place the cream in a bowl.
  2. Use a balloon whisk to whisk until soft peaks form.
  3. Place port, egg, topping, sugar, ice and extra cream in a cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake until combined.
  5. Strain into a 250ml (1-cup) capacity serving glass.
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  7. Serve with wafers.
