Hot Cheese and Bacon Dip
- 16 ounces queso blanco (Kroger brand is what I use. Has jalepenos in the cheese and is similar to velveeta)
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 tablespoons milk
- tortilla chips
- Fry bacon slices in a skillet on medium high heat until crispy.
- Blot bacon grease with paper towels
- Crumble bacon into small pieces.
- Combine cheese and milk in a bowl and heat in the microwave on medium power for about 2 - 3 minutes until melted, stirring occassionally.
- Add bacon and corn and mix well.
- Transfer to a small crockpot to keep warm and serve with tortilla chips.
