Tomato Water
- 20 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 stalk lemongrass, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup vodka
- Combine all the ingredients and let marinate overnight.
- Puree in a blender, then let it strain through a jelly bag over a bowl.
- (This will take several hours.)
- Chill.
