Apricot Fruit Bar Recipe
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 3/4 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 can Apricot pie mix
- Cream butter and sugar; add in one egg at a time.
- Add in vanilla and beat.
- Add in baking pwdr and flour.
- Bake in well greased 10 x 15 inch pan spreading 1/2 ingredients on bottom (reserve rest for top).
- Spread can of pie mix over and top with spoonfuls of batter on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- May drizzle powdered sugar frosting over top.
