Apricot Fruit Bar Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add in one egg at a time.
  2. Add in vanilla and beat.
  3. Add in baking pwdr and flour.
  4. Bake in well greased 10 x 15 inch pan spreading 1/2 ingredients on bottom (reserve rest for top).
  5. Spread can of pie mix over and top with spoonfuls of batter on top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  7. May drizzle powdered sugar frosting over top.
