Sage Pecan Cheese Wafers

  1. Process cheese, flour, pecans, sage, salt and cayenne pepper in food processor fitted with steel blade for 10 seconds or until blended.
  2. Add butter gradually, processing constantly until mixture forms a ball.
  3. Roll 1/4 inch thick on lightly floured surface.
  4. Cut with 1 and 1/2 inch round cutter.
  5. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350F for 12 to 14 minutes or until edges turn brown.
  7. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
