Jaffa Extravaganza

  1. Combine crumbs and butter, press into the base of a lined 20cm springform tin.
  2. Chill.
  3. Beat together the Philly*, sugar and orange rind until smooth.
  4. Stir in the gelatine mixture and fold in the chocolate melts and cream.
  5. Pour filling into the prepared base and refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
  6. Top the cheesecake with chocolate orange segments, orange segments and orange rind strips.
  7. Roughly chop chocolate biscuits and press around the sides to form a crust.
  8. Slice and serve.
