Jaffa Extravaganza
- 1 cup plain chocolate biscuits, crushed
- 50g butter, melted
- 500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 3 teaspoons gelatine dissolved in
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 200g dark chocolate melts, melted
- 300ml cream, whipped
- TERRY'S* Dark Chocolate Orange segments
- orange segments and rind
- 10 plain chocolate biscuits for decoration
- Combine crumbs and butter, press into the base of a lined 20cm springform tin.
- Chill.
- Beat together the Philly*, sugar and orange rind until smooth.
- Stir in the gelatine mixture and fold in the chocolate melts and cream.
- Pour filling into the prepared base and refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
- Top the cheesecake with chocolate orange segments, orange segments and orange rind strips.
- Roughly chop chocolate biscuits and press around the sides to form a crust.
- Slice and serve.
