Mexican Chocolate Fudge Recipe

  1. Combine sugar, butter, cinnamon, salt, and evaporated lowfat milk in a large size electric skillet.
  2. Set thermostat at 280 degrees.
  3. Bring mix to a boil and boil 5 min, stirring constantly.
  4. Turn off skillet.
  5. Add in marshmallows, chocolate pcs, pecans, and vanilla.
  6. Stir till marshmallows and chocolate are melted and smoothly blended.
  7. Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
  8. Cold before cutting into squares.
  9. Makes approximately 2 pounds candy.
