Spicy Mushroom

  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Add cumin seeds, thymol seeds, asafoetida,onions and cilantro.
  3. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the mushrooms.
  5. Add the remaining spices.
  6. Cook till the mushrooms are sort of fried - about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with rotis.
  8. ** I used the canned mushrooms.
  9. So, in case you are using fresh ones, you might have to add a little water.
