Easy Pasta Carbonara for Lunch

  1. Boil water and add salt.
  2. Mix the ingredients and set aside.
  3. Cut the bacon into strips.
  4. Cut the garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with a knife or a wooden spoon.
  5. Pour the olive oil in a frying-pan, add the garlic, and turn on the heat to low.
  6. Fry the bacon until it becomes crispy.
  7. At the same time, boil the pasta.
  8. Pour 1 ladleful of pasta cooking water to the Step 2 frying pan.
  9. Simmer for a little while, and add the heavy cream.
  10. If the pasta is still cooking, turn off the heat on the pan.
  11. Add the pasta into the Step 3 pan, add the mixture, and mix.
  12. When the sauce is runny, mix over low heat.
  13. Serve on a plate, and sprinkle with black pepper.
