Easy Pasta Carbonara for Lunch
- 1 serving Pasta
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Grated cheese
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 dash Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
- 5 slice Bacon
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 50 ml Heavy cream
- Boil water and add salt.
- Mix the ingredients and set aside.
- Cut the bacon into strips.
- Cut the garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with a knife or a wooden spoon.
- Pour the olive oil in a frying-pan, add the garlic, and turn on the heat to low.
- Fry the bacon until it becomes crispy.
- At the same time, boil the pasta.
- Pour 1 ladleful of pasta cooking water to the Step 2 frying pan.
- Simmer for a little while, and add the heavy cream.
- If the pasta is still cooking, turn off the heat on the pan.
- Add the pasta into the Step 3 pan, add the mixture, and mix.
- When the sauce is runny, mix over low heat.
- Serve on a plate, and sprinkle with black pepper.
