Done All Afternoon Stew Recipe
- 2 lbs. stew beef, cubed (I use pork too)
- 3-4 med. carrots, chunked
- 2 onions, chunked
- 5 potatoes, quartered (can peel but for good change leave peel on)
- 1 can peas or possibly 8 ounce. frzn peas
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. wine or possibly pickle juice
- 1 bay leaf
- Put all ingredients in pot with lid.
- Cook at 275 degrees for 5 hrs or possibly in crock pot on high same time or possibly a little less.
