Crisp citrus roasted salmon

  1. With a very sharp knife, carefully make a few deep cuts in the salmon fillets but without slicing completely.
  2. Pour the lemon juice over the fish and into the cuts, sprinkle the dill and ginger and a pinch of salt and rub vigorously.
  3. Cover and put in the fridge for an hour.
  4. Put the butter and a pinch of salt in the oven dish and put in the oven at 180 degrees for a few minutes while the butter melts.
  5. Once melted, take the dish out.
  6. Put the salmon sliced-side down first, press gently on hot the melted butter and then turn over.
  7. The fillets will look like this --->
  8. Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
  9. Then turn the oven off, put the top grill on high and grill for another 5 - 10 minutes until the top gets brown and crispy.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
